Amazing private onsens and best service from staff I’ve ever received. The shuttle service is great - if you want to walk around the town or grab dinner (their recommended restaurants are delicious), they’ll drive you to most places in the town and pick you up. Breakfast is fantastic.

The location can be a walk from the station, but there are shuttle bus available even at late at night, and the shuttle bus can also ferry you to nearby dinner places. The rooms were spacious - we paid extra for it so it was definitely a comfortable stay. The private onsen is also easy to book even though we also had onsen in our own room

there were a lot of private baths and the bath booking system was easy. the staff were very helpful and communicating with them on WhatsApp was easy. they organised a shuttle into the town for our dinner and then to our bus the next day.

Cleverly designed onsen hotel that offers 8 hot spring baths for the family to enjoy privately. We tried both outdoor and indoor ones and both were amazing! They can be booked using QR and you can book as many times as you wish! Yes, it’s freezing outdoors but once you get in the pool you will be fine. In the outdoor pool, you are surrounded by amazing Japanese gardens. The guest room is clean and comfortable and staff members are super friendly and helpful. We booked a room with private bath but it turns out it was unnecessary. We ended up using the hotels baths multiple times. What a fantastic experience!

The complimentary shuttle service made us feel truly privileged during our visit, though it is a common offering among ryokans in Arima. The staff were exceptionally attentive and easy to reach via WhatsApp and other means. The ryokan is conveniently accessible to the town area through a shortcut that involves stairs or a short hike, which we thoroughly enjoyed for its quiet and safe ambiance. Total 8 private Onsen.

This onsen hotel is one of the most beautiful and relaxing spots anywhere. Everything is done to perfection, the exquisite dinners and breakfasts, the incredibly comfortable, spacious bedroom with a personal onsen. The mineral baths are the attraction of course and we took two a day.
