In one word, everything. The staff and service are outstanding, hospitality in Thailand is generally excellent, all the hotels in our trip were excellent yet Cape Cudu still manages to stand out. The rooms, pool, common areas, organised trips, breakfast and restaurant are all simply outstanding. There are a few nice restaurants peppered along the beach within stumbling distance of the hotel that are recommended. The Cudu boat trip is highly recommended and great value. If you are considering Koh Yao Noi, don’t hesitate just book.

everything was dreamy. we loved the hotel and the people working there were really lovely. everything really clean, amazing breakfast. we also loved the boat trip the hotel organised for us. The only thing that bothered us was the price they gave us when we requested the transfer from the hotel back to Phuket. They charged us almost double the price they had asked for when we first arrived on the island for the same route. However, we found a local taxi that helped us with the transfer from the hotel to Phuket Airport at a very good price.

The property is at a great location. The relative small scale of the property is what attracted us. In general the staff was very kind and friendly. However there was from time miscommunication (language related) in respect to food orders. The complimentary long boat trip was very enjoyable. We also enjoyed the sailing cruise very much and the service onboard was excellent. The marketing of the property is very well done, but does not warrant a 9.3 rating. Had expected somewhat more from a SLH property.

Staff throughout this intimate boutique hotel were friendly and efficient, with nothing being too much trouble and all appearing dedicated to ensuring all guests had a positive enjoyable experience at the hotel. We had a couple of minor niggles which were promptly and courteously dealt with - this being a true reflection of the high quality of service offered. Great views from our spacious 3rd floor room over sea and neighbouring islands. Superb breakfasts with the added treat of free bubbles on a couple of occasions. Good range of free activities throughout the week including morning yoga, batik painting, round island bus tour. Very good location next to the beach. Good range of bikes and kayaks available for use. Good nearby restaurants with special mention to the Rice Paddy restaurant 100 yards from hotel. Hotel runs a clean beach activity on a weekly basis A very positive hotel experience!

The pool and veiws were breathtaking. It was so quiet and relaxing and close to other lovely restaurants. Breakfast was amazing, the roti stand was a highlight. The staff were amazing especially Jenny who made our stay there even better. The room was gorgeous and the bed was so comfy.

Lovely, friendly staff who went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we had a great holiday. Excellent breakfasts selection - including a roti station. Very comfortable rooms. We really enjoyed the 2 hour complimentary island tour which gave us an insight into life on Koh Noi.
