Please note that the minimum age for renting the villa is 24 years. The villa is only allowed to be used by those registered to stay in the villa.The property requires prepayment. Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with payment instructions. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received.Please note that the property requires that you leave one of your passports during the whole rental period to the reception. It will be returned upon check out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation and payment of minibar.Guests who wish to use the free round-trip transfer from the pier to the villa are kindly requested by the property to provide arrival and departure details at the time of booking under "Special Requests".Guests are kindly requested to keep the volume of noise to the minimum after 22:00 hrs.Please note that it is not recommended for children under 5 years to stay at the property due to safety reasons.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The manager was amazing Paky she was amazing helped out the collection from the port to the villa. also a snorkelling trip and taxis around the island and gave us an option of late check out for a small price which was perfect for us too.

The 3 bedroom villa has unbeatable views from the living room, and the two master bedrooms with large balcony’s. It has a tiny fish pond. In House restaurant with variety of cuisines. Close to Beach Club which offers quick access to private beach.

Amazing view and close to Shark bay, very clean- cleaning every day, helpful staff. For the first time we had complementary food on arrival and also mini bar on normal prices.

Property is clean, it is situated 900 meters away from John Suwan view point, so the views are spectacular. It is a great property if you do not want to be disturbed and feel secluded and spend most of the time in the villa.

The host Roberto was excellent and took care of us in the best way possible!! From the moment we saw the view from our villa (Eliana) our jaws dropped from how beautiful the view was from the private pool. Other than that everything was clean and felt new. In addition the bed was very comfortable at night.

Loved the villa location with fantastic view over Shark bay, the villa was spotless clean and cleaned every day. Service by Paky was excellent, arranging food, boat trips, massage, transport and all we needed for a relaxing stay
