Please note that the minimum age for renting the villa is 24 years. The villa is only allowed to be used by those registered to stay in the villa.The property requires prepayment. Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with payment instructions. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received.Please note that the property requires that you leave one of your passports during the whole rental period to the reception. It will be returned upon check out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation and payment of minibar.Guests who wish to use the free round-trip transfer from the pier to the villa are kindly requested by the property to provide arrival and departure details at the time of booking under "Special Requests".Guests are kindly requested to keep the volume of noise to the minimum after 22:00 hrs.Please note that it is not recommended for children under 5 years to stay at the property due to safety reasons.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Location was amazing with beautiful view. Gorgeous beach was just a few minutes walking. Tom, the host was super welcoming and helpful and was full of good tips. He helped us finding good places to eat and good things to do. I totally recommend! Also, they have a restaurant called Cafe del Sol and the food there is second to None!

We stayed in villa Eleadora and it was simply beautiful! Host was super friendly and provides eggs, cereal and toast for your first breakfast. We also got delivery from the owner’s restaurant, cafe del Sol, which we would highly recommend - the Thai food was delicious and the baguettes were good for lunch too if you just want to chill at the property! You can also see a full sunset from the pool which was a highlight for us and it is around a 5 min walk to shark bay. A great location to base yourself on Koh Tao if you have a scooter. It is not possible to walk to town from the villas (it is a very hilly journey!) so if you don’t have a scooter you are looking at a one way taxi around £10 to the main strip of restaurants on the beach.
