AMAZING VIEWS. Large rooms and very clean. Staff were very helpful and took luggage to and from the room. Taxi was provided on arrival. Clean towels and water replenished every day.

The views! I've never had a view so stunning before, and I never got sick of looking out over the coconut plantation and watching the birds and butterflies. The room was spotless and the ceiling fans were powerful enough not to need the AC. The team were super responsive and courteous via WhatsApp. As this property is set back from the beach in a quiet area, it feels really peaceful.

Loved this property, it was a last minute booking but so glad I managed to find it. There was a gorgeous balcony view of the island, the bed was comfortable and the room was lovely and spacious. There was a smart screen TV and living room/ kitchen area. The staff communicated really well and organised transport for us from the pier. We would have extended our stay at the property had there been availability so I would definitely come back should I return to Koh Tao.

Stunning views slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of Sairee Beach. We enjoyed escaping here in the evenings for stillness and waking to the morning beach views. It is located up a hill but only a few minutes walk and a good heart rate riser!
