Really nice property, great location right in the centre of Sairee beach. we were in the closest villa to the street and it was still quiet especially when the fan was on. Staff were very nice too, would recommend!

Sairee Sairee Guesthouse is excellent for U25’s. The location was a a bit noisy but excellent if you are planning on going out for drinks. Property was initially very clean. Well priced.

Super clean and comfortable rooms right in the centre of Koh Tao. The beach is close as well as bars, restaurants, and all other services you might need while on Koh Tao. People are super nice and there is a cat that seems to working/living there which is awesome

It is right in the center, which is very positive. In the evening you don't have to drive to eat or party. The room is more in line with "Thai" standards. The shower was a positive surprise though
