The villa is lovely and Franzi was so helpful and friendly. The villa has a lovely view out from the pool. Lots of nice little touches, such as take away menus, a netflix account on the TV and a filtered drinking water tap - which saved us buying water. The villa is up a big hill, we didn’t rent a motorbike and used taxis and walked up the hill a few times which was a good work out!

Very cozy villa in a good location, with a wonderful view. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hostess was nice and welcoming. We had a great time here and will come again.

Absolutely amazing villa! The view is beautiful and it is not far from the main ‘attractions’ on the island (it is quite small anyway so with a scooter you will be anywhere in no time). Franzi is super sweet and made sure we had a great stay. Definitely would recommend!

Franzi was incredibly helpful and kind The room was beautiful and we loved having our own space and pool. The views were also a big bonus and being able to see from the bed was amazing

Amazing villa high up with a gorgeous view, very clean and spacious. Franzi our host was great, quick responses and helped us with any queries we had. Snorkels are free to use during your stay which was so handy. Would definitely stay again

We could not have asked for anything better for our stay in Ko Tao and we would definitely come back. The villa and all amenities were perfect and we loved the terrace with the little pool. The villa and pool are cleaned every day. The communication with Franzi was outstanding - questions were answered almost immediately and we received valuable tips from the start and a taxi and scooter rental was organized upon arrival. The area is quiet and you have a lovely view on the ocean.
