We switched to this place instead of a hostel and were glad we did. It’s in a really good location near Sairee but just a couple minutes walk out the centre so it’s not too noisy. Rooms were cleaned most days on request to a good standard. Free shampoo and shower gel in the shower, with good water pressure and hot water. Hotel offers good affordable taxi service to the pier. Would recommend using this instead of the ones in town which will try and over charge you. Room had a decent fridge to keep food and drinks, plus free water every day with room cleaning.

The room was very clean and modern. There was a large fridge and tv and also a nice bathroom. Stayed at 3 different accommodations while in Koh Tao and this was my favourite by far!!!

Incredibly clean and fab location for me!! The previous night (my first night in Ko Tao I tried a Hostel down the road - I am not a hostel girl so I left immediately lol) this is about 100m away and it’s just gorgeous and clean, minimal. They keep coffee and toast and jam out so you can help yourself all day every day and there’s also a water refill station which is a god send for not constantly buying new water bottles! It’s about 300m up for the main hustle and bustle snd about a 10min walk to the beach. Some of the best food places I tried next door. I’m solo travelling and felt completely safe here as well

Brilliant property! The rooms were very clean, tidy and well-maintained, nice balcony to watch the sunset on and a smart TV with Netflix, good about of parking and free water refills and light breakfast, it’s a great in-between from a hostel or hotel, spot on for couples exploring the island who want a convenient location.
