Everything was perfect. The owners were very nice. Could not fault it. My only suggestion would be to install a machine to refill water bottles rather than the free plastic bottles that are provided daily.

Location is great 2 minutes from pier 5 minutes walk down to beach. Free use of motorbike and the man at reception was extremely helpful. Everything was clean and in good working order. This is not a hotel however bars and restaurants are in short walking distance.
