+ Clean and very spacious room + Hot water in shower + Situated in a side street of walking street. Quiet street, couldn't hear the noise from my room. In a couple of minutes in a more busy area. + Close to Pattaya beach + Hose outsise to clean your feet before entering the room + Room is cleaned well every day

Davide really made this stay worth while, he made the stay feel very personable and homely. The property itself was very clean and comfortable and you can tell Davide puts a lot of effort to maintain the hotel and the food here is also top tier.

We loved our week stay here and David was a great hosts. The location is very good and quiet. Rooms spotless with comfy beds and plenty of extras. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Location just off walking street but ultra quiet. Our room was above the restaurant and was traditional wooden design - spotlessly clean and made up every day with added bonus of water. We ate in the restaurant 2 of the 4 nights and the food was excellent with homemade pasta and deserts - try the ravioli ragu as it was superb. The host Davide was a great guy - helpful in advising where to visit and we had the bonus of an Italian coffee and home made croissant for breakfast. We would stay again if we were to revisit Lipe

Amazing location - right in the center, but very quiet to sleep at night. Very comfortable bed and room.. we were blown away by David and Mon's hospitality.. We really recommend staying here - it's everything you need and want, plus more :)

Such a lovely place! The owner is very nice, rooms are very clean, good mattress, delicious croissants and coffee. It’s in the center but not very noisy. Couldn’t recommend this place moree!!

Everything! We loved our stay. The room looks even better than in the pictures. It's big, clean and with lot of privacy. Davide, the host, is exquisite, caring and knowledgeable. Plus, the restaurant is delicious.
