Nice location, about 3 minutes walk to the beach, with Walking Street a further 3 minutes away! Rooms are spotless, the fan room I had felt stuffy at times so I'd go for an air conditioned room next time! The staff and family are very good

Staff were friendly and the room and bathroom was very clean and spacious. Not really a resort - no restaurant, breakfast option or other facities, just treat it as a cheap, clean hotel room with decent Aircon.

We stayed one night there between boats trips. Nice location, standard room with comfortable bed. It's nice that they provide glasses and refrigerator in the room and you call also refill water at the reception.

I like the location was really good to the walking street. The Recep staff and the cab driver / bell boss was really nice and friendly as well. Didn’t expect daily cleaning of the rooms as well, and the cleaning staff did a good job.

Spacious room and big bathroom. Coffee sachets and water stocked up everyday along with the room clean. Walking distance to everything, Pattaya beach and sunset beach are the closest.
