We wanted a room with 2 seperate bedrooms, which are hard to find in Lipe, So for us this was perfect. Nice location in the middle of Pattaya Beach, not far from walking St, Good pool, Friendly helpful staff. Not too many boats. Bar and Lunch options plentyful. We would happily stay here again.

Great location, excellent staff. We got upgraded to a bungalow, really nice. Great Aircon. Amazing big fridge (for hotel standards ) in the room.

Lee looked after us a big warm welcome with a fruit platter cold smoothes he also booked our transportation from the airport and ferry made every thing so smoth

I booked for a price in the morning. In the afternoon they asked for more money. I did not like it. Besides in travel agencies was cheaper than the price originally given. Not very honest.
