Good location on Pattaya beach in Ko Lipe. Room generally fine, well appointed. Staff were very helpful - allowed us into the room early, arranging taxis and transporting our luggage along the beach. WiFi originally was very poor no WiFi in the room and poorest at Communal Area. However after 2nd day WiFi improved dramatically and was very good in the room. A decent breakfast was included. A very romantic spot.

The room overall was okay. The location is very near the beach, walking distance to the jetty port. Overall the staffs are very friendly and helpful.
