Very relaxed but efficient from start to finish. Msg correspondence before the trip always speedily responded to with thorough information. Transfers very easily booked online yourself, I advise two single journeys so you can flex with your schedule and mix and match companies. I ended up going with Seudam Go for both ways though, and it was extremely efficient and smooth. The resort itself can also help you book, if in advance they need bank transfer payment, if after you get there, you can pay cash or credit card with 3% surcharge. I went post new year and had no issues booking just 24-48 hours in advance and neither boat journey was full. As a solo female traveller, felt safe and comfortable at all times. Remote location made it feel extremely secure and chill. Just the right amount of interaction and support. Everything requested was provided or accommodated with a smile eg slight modifications to menu, first aid kit (albeit v small range of supplies, sufficient for my needs) I loved the multiple platforms into the crystal clear water. The estuary location was wonderful, making the water calm and clear and clean. Menu has a very wide range of options - about 160, mainly Thai/Asian style, but that's a plus for me. If you need Western food then there's two pages of your basics. A la carte food available until 8:30pm each night. There's also lots of different tucked away loungy areas dotted around so everyone can find a fairly private spot to relax. Once there, you can easily swim or canoe over to a beautiful beach, which, given its remote location, feels like a completely private beach. And there's a huge sandbar so depending on tides, you may only need to swim about 10m before your feet touch sand. If you need bits and pieces, then take a canoe. I didnt bother, but many did. Many included things, snorkel kits, fire dancing show at night, firefly viewing etc. Think the canoes also may not have cost extra.

Amazing nature! Swimming and snorkeling around the hotel is like being in an aquarium. There was actually better snorkeling by the resort than in the islands nearby. Amazing exclusive beach across the resort 2 minutes swimming away or with kayak. Great staff and amazing cocktails by the bar!!

It's an amazing setting, there's a beach 30m in front with white sand and a swing and mangrove trees all around, the rooms all have an exceptional view, all the staff are so nice and helpful, and you can only access it via a short boat ride (5mins) through the mangroves which is always free (available 7:30am to 9pm) . There are even free kayaks you can use, and get to Ko Raet which has a small reef and sunken statues that now are part of the reef. An amazing snorkelling spot. The bartender is an artist also, all drinks beautiful and delicious. You can also rent scooters to drive around the island from Bann Makok, which is an even shorter boat ride and also free to get to. Breakfast is a free buffet with lots of options, and there's also free coconut ice cream available throughout the day with juices that change every day (our favourite was butterfly pea).

Such a beautiful location, peaceful and secluded although a little tricky to get to but worth it for the views, beautiful sunset, lush rooms (felt very lucky) and the staff are very kind and so helpful and accomodating. They really look after us well. The room was really clean, amazing bathroom.
