Resort is Great. Rooms are spacious, clean, new, look great, view is good. While it looks great note that koh Chang is big and the resort is quite far from the popular beaches. So ideal for families, couples or in general if you want a resort experience.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The room was clean and comfortable. On the positive side, the hotel's taxi service was reliable and efficient, but we’d still recommend renting a scooter for more freedom to explore the area. The real highlight, however, was the stunning beach. The palm trees, soft sand, and crystal-clear water made every moment by the sea absolutely perfect. Despite the small drawbacks, the beautiful surroundings and relaxing atmosphere truly made up for everything.

Great location, tuktuk service and drivers are very helpful. Nice swimming pool and many beach activities. One thing to improve would be breakfast varieties. Overall, we had very enjoyable and relaxing time here. Highly recommend! X

Spotlessly clean Quality of the bed mattresses The palatial size of the bathrooms Swimming pool that was empty most of the time. (Smaller one on the roof) Got a lift which helped with luggage and mobility. Free shuttles after realising everything was so spread out. These will take you to the local Lotus store which also has an excellent Thai restaurant next to it which is so cheap for food. Super friendly and helpful staff. We had one meal at lunch time at the beach side restaurant and the quality was outstanding:) If you’ve got young children, the beach and pool area pool are amazing.(be aware, that it is a lovely pool but is not shallow for young children; there is no need mind as the sea is shallow and perfect for children)

Beautiful resort, lovely spacious rooms, and friendly helpful staff. Several beach bars and restaurants to choose from, lovely pools and fabulous private bay with gorgeous sandy beach. Handy shuttle around the spaced out resort, room service and beach towels all provided. You can hire kayaks and there's happy hour every day. We really enjoyed our stay here, and went several times to the shambhala beach bar for dinners and drinks, we preferred it to the main beach bar although the setting for both is stunning.

Great beach location and lovely food. Only 5 minutes from the Port too. Huge rooms and a beach bag with beach towels is provided. Clean and tidy. The bed was enormous and very comfortable with a few English channels on the TV.

The facilities were exceptional, the room was beautiful and clean. Staff came to clean the room every day and stocked up the tea, coffee and water. The breakfast was fantastic with a western and thai style buffet. It was a nice stroll to the beach, but there were also services available to take you where you want to go within the resort, including the nearby 7/11.
