The Russell Hotel was a surprise. It provides value for money in a charming, understated way. The rooms are comfortable and clean and feel welcoming after a day of sightseeing.

The location was good, checkin process was smooth and easy, room was comfortable, clean and it had everything we needed; tea/coffee facilities, kettle, cups, fridge.

Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was great all 4 of us had something different from Omelettes to French Toast to Fry ups. Aircon was switched on before we arrived, so we had a nice cool room which was a blessing on a hot December day, well done team.

The breakfast was tasty, really enjoyed it, Location for me was the highlight because I could walk to shopping centres,I didn't have to drive.
