Lovely location on Knysna Lagoon. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good breakfast on New Year’s Day, without beautiful view over the water.

The hotel is beautiful and a credit to the family. We travelled as a family and had two wonderful rooms with balconies, one with an amazing view of the lagoon. The little private lounge for residents was a nice touch. They also have a lovely restaurant and coffee bar serving the best coffee. We would recommend.

Loved the vibe of the hotel and how it looked. Staff were excellent and our stay exceeded expectations . Delighted with the upgrade for hubby's 60th birthday and the treats left in room. Our meal in The Nest was lovely. The beds and shower were fantastic. Would definetly visit again.

Lovely helpful staff especially Liesl and Dylan. Great breakfast at the bakery. Room was specious, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Great place, hope to be back soon.
