The location is perfect. It's in walking distance to town. Air-conditioning unit in room was a blessing as it was quite hot in Knysna.

Everything you might need was available. Even a porch to sit outside in the evening.

Location is great with amazing views across the lagoon. Staff were very helpful and happily switched an upstairs room for one on the ground floor as my sister has trouble managing stairs. Pub / restaurant next door is also very good value.
