I asked for a late check-in due to my arrival time. It was my first time in Czech and a day I would never forget in my life but thanks to an angel Misha who is one of their staff. God bless you Misha. My taxi took me to the wrong location some metres away from the hotel, a dark, quiet and creepy area. I pleaded that it wasn't my destination, showed the driver what I entered but refused to listen and pretended he didn't understand English, how can an airport Uber driver say he doesn't understand English? He left me in the dark and drove away, I had no internet connection to book another taxi nor find my way to the hotel. I cried, I cried because it was late and cold, I got so scared. I called the hotel at 10: 45pm and Misha answered, calmed me down on the phone, asked me to give a landmark, I did and in 5minutes she was there to fetch me, she even offered me food and drinks, how sweet of her. I got to the hotel only to find out, it is right by the street, easy to locate, my taxi used that street but I still don't understand why the wicked driver took me that far. Anyway I reported him. In all, I highly recommend this hotel. They think about your safety as well.

This hotel near the Prague airport has exceptional food, and the beautiful young lady that checked us in also waited on our table and brought us extra blankets and a space heater as it was cold. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable. It was very cold, and there was no heat in the room, thus the space heater. It was very convenient to the airport for our 7 am flight.

Location as I had an early flight from Prague. Very very nice staff, delicious food and the room met my expectations or even beat my expectations.

Convenient location, if you need to stay near airport. Taxi from airport will cost around 8 euro, 7-8 mins, bus - 1 euro, 10-12 mins. Friendly staff. Good value for it's price.

Cheap and quick to get to from airport via uber lovely bathroom owner good communication as we arrived late left early

Excellent value for money and friendly host. Great location for airport. We ate in the restaurant and had very good food but we had to leave too early for breakfast. Room quite basic but clean and comfortable. Parking opposite is a bonus.
