The room was quite spacious with a small kitchen and a table with multiple chairs. Also everything felt new and clean.

Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were so welcoming and kind. Bathroom with a tub was excellent with the kids! Balcony overlooking the mountains and stream was lovely. Just a fantastic stay- wish we had booked longer than 1 night!

We were overjoyed at arriving at this hotel after our previous hotel was such a letdown. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The room we booked was enormous, modern and had everything we could have wished for. The view from our balcony overlooking the river was splendid and peaceful. The pool at the spa was lovely and I timed it perfectly to have it all to myself on my visits. The hotel is located in a perfect spot for exploring. Breakfast was full of choices and very plentiful. The major letdown for us was the restaurant for the evening meals, which was just food served in the bar area and the veggie burger was a real letdown. We would have thought that a hotel of this standard would have offered a bit of fine dining in the evening and is a real missed opportunity. Such a shame we couldn’t enjoy dinner at the hotel and had to book elsewhere.

Everything! Staff were so friendly and informative. Location was great not far from train station and lots of hiking trails around. Breakfast was great, loads of choices.
