Rooms were clean neat with sea view. Exceptional view - make sure you take seaview rooms. When tide is out, beach looks very sad but when tide is in, it looks beautiful.

So easy for a chilled trip, everything you need within a few min walk, my ideal balance between quiet and not to touristy and convenient with restaurants and a 7/11. Beautiful beach on the doorstep, scooters to rent and lovely staff.

Wonderful and relaxing place to stay. Perfect location: the room we booked was on the ground floor directly facing the sea where we could also catch the sun set. Room itself was comfortable, modern and clean.. the owner was lovely and helpful. Would 10/10 come back again

Lovely property right on the beach. Our room was beautiful, balcony facing the sea , modern room, clean and fresh. Staff were kind, helpful and friendly, would highly recommend 👌

The room was just amazing and it was worth to pay more for the seaview. Cleaning was perfect, enough space for the laguages and clothes, nicely furnished and also a balcony to enjoy the view and to place the wet clothes after the beach. The staff is always nice, smiling and helpful, we also booked with them some activities.

Nice area, excellent breakfast, beautiful beach, friendly staff, good air condition. Not too busy, very friendly, we really loved it. Ao-Nang is 30 minutes drive. 7/11 shop is 20 meters, few bar and restaurat on the beach.

Didn't want to leave, the host was very gracious and helpful, breakfast was lovely and the sunsets from the seaview rooms are breathtaking, it's also in a great position for restaurants and 7/11 and just a $10 cab ride to Ao nang. Can't wait to go back.
