The fine print

We are a family of 5, 2 adults, 2 toddlers and a baby. Took the family room for RM 500 which was very worth it, including breakfast. The children especially loved their room with the bunkbed. There were also some toys in the kid's room. There was another king bed in the other room which was very big. 1 TV in each room. There were slides at the kids pool. Staffs were helpful. Breakfast was splendid. Both room and toilets were clean, water heater and pump was strong. There was a refrigerator and ironing board provided. The hotel is connected to KSL Mall which was very convenient. We can just go to the mall for food and convenience stores. Nothing negative to say. I was very happy and satisfied, kids were excited. Will definitely repeat next holiday.

The location near the shopping mall and very convenient. I like the variety of foods during breakfast and also swimming pool is just nice for kids. My kids enjoyed very well. Staff also really friendly and always put their smile.

Love everything ! It was my third time repeat staying here ! 🤍 Love the view from the hotel, the location is so stratergic nearest access shops and to find nearest food stall. Love the swimming pool. Room is pretty clean,neat and tidy. Cheap and affordable price with a good service from all the staff. Sure to repeat again and again! Recomended ! 🫶🏻🤍

if you stay without breakfast, no worries because there are so many choices outside the hotel and the price is reasonable. What I like most is the hotel attached to the mall, and it's convenient for my family and me. The facility in the mall is also equipped with all indoor family game.
