Clean and comfortable room, great pricing, and very friendly and helpful staff. Plus the Mexican restaurant just down the road was fantastic!

The rooms are cozy and very clean. The grounds are lovingly designed and quiet. But the highlight are the hosts, who were so nice and welcoming. We only spent one night there when we were passing through, but I can highly recommend staying there.

We fully enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed and also provided some recommended restaurants in town. The room was lovely and quaint as well as clean and comfortable. We felt quite at thome.

I love the older style, more traditional, smaller hotels. They are usually family run and the cleanliness and service are fantastic. We loved Golden West. It's not fancy, but the owners do lots of little things to make it stand out. Great in-room coffee, fresh flowers, and helpful owners on site. We loved it.

The owners are wonderful! Very kind and friendly! The room had a good amount of space, they are dog-friendly, and there was a large grass area for our little dogs to run and play in. The fridge and microwave were helpful too! It was nicer than I expected for a 1* motel
