Guests are required to present the credit card that was used to make the booking upon check-in. Staff were fantastic. Amazing selection of international food for all meals most of which was fresh and well prepared. Pools, bars, cafe's and public areas were really fantastic [as you are basically getting the whole complex including the sister Starlight hotel] always well cleaned and never seemed crowded. Amazing choice pretty much 24/7!. Water park was great and again not too crowded. Resort is extremely well kept in general - congrats to the gardening team for a beautiful job. Duplex rooms are absolutely superb for a family of four - lots of space, well equipped and the kids even have their own bathroom! Evening entertainment programme very good in the amphitheater [though it would be really great if they banned smoking in the amphitheater at least for the shows - and that's from a smoker!]

I would have given it 8 or even less if the facilities were just limited to Sunrise resort hotel but being able to avail everything at Starlight made it worth the price and even exceeded expectations. There are a plethora of restaurants to enjoy from and the entertainment (called as animation in Turkish) events were amazing!
