Beautiful view from the hotel room and pool of the beach and the nature was very nice. So many flowers, plants, monkeys and the buggie to the beach.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodated my disabled mother very well. Everyone was very caring. The swahili dinner was great, especially the Zanzibar mix.

Really lovely place to stay. We spent all our time at Gabi Beach - great beach restaurant for lunch and drinks and staff were really wonderful. Wonderful breakfast.

The property is located right on the beach and has beautiful gardens throughout the resort. No problem getting a sunbed at any of the pools. The staff at the resort are all very friendly and helpful.

The Level area was really good. The breakfast at the level was better, it felt like a boutique hotel. The management did really try their best to support us, as did the staff. The property itself is stunning.

Amazing service, the staff are all absolutely amazing. The staff at the pool bar are exceptional, they were so caring and always asking everyone if they wanted food or drinks. We met an amazing staff member called Fahad by the pool, a young man who always came and kept us busy. Giving us games to play and just being very very lovely. He is definitely a very valuable staff member.
