Great lobby bar and restaurant. Ski room was excellent with boot and glove warmers, plenty of storage and easy to access. Breakfast was fantastic; large spread of hot and cold items, coffee made to order, and sparkling wine. The room was large and comfortable, we both slept very well.

Modern and spacious room with all the needs. Continental breakfast containing typical (enough) food, could be better to add some more vegetables. Special thanks to LEON at the front desk that was extremely helpful with advise and directions. Parking is most of the time behind the hotel, and sometimes kind of "valet" when they park your car somewhere else. Will consider to stay again if we will arrive to Kitzbuhel.

Well being a regular traveler and spending like around 180 days a year in hotels of different countries (mainly in Asia) I would say the hotel is a very good level especially comparing to an normal Austrian level. Rooms are large, ceiling is high, location is one of the best in the town - 200 meters from town center, building is large, spacious and comfortable with heavy thick walls. Room condition is good cause furniture and other materials are of good quality. There is also a nice bar as well as restaurant with delicious dishes. A good wine menu. The reception service and staff is also very nice and professional. SPA area is large and as much comfortable as possible. Maybe it could be considered as not a brand new, but it is still look good. The most impressive feature of the hotel is a rooftop swimming pool. It is a a very special pleasure to swim in there enjoying the weather and amazing town-mountain panorama! The only swimming pool is worth to stay at it! One of the best hotels in the town. Worth to stay. 10 of 10 points mainly because of amazing reception staff as well as the swimming pool. But the final mark is just 7 because of the SPA personal gets 1. (10+1) = 5.5 what is rounded up to 6.

The breakfast was one of the best I've had in five star hotels. I loved the pool party on Saturday afternoon - the dj and atmosphere were fantastic!
