The staff here are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The Lodge is in a quiet location, has a peaceful garden and nice verandah to sit out on which is relaxing. Everything in the room was working and the shower was good.

Location, excellent customer service. Jessica Bwalya and her team went an extra mile to make my stay pleasant. My room was always clean; the place was secure and not far from Mukuba Shopping Mall by car. Breakfast and other meals were customer tailored. Staff made me feel at home.

The service staff was very good. The girls were very friendly and the security guy literally ran to open the gate every time. The room was always clean. So next time I will stay again.

Quiet place, just what I needed. Having breakfast in the terrace is a relaxing experience watching the big gardens and trees. Nice fountain.
