Anna and Angelos have created a wonderful place to stay on the edge of Chora with a top quality feel to the construction, fixtures & fittings, bedding and decoration. With the renovation only being finished in July 2023, the spacious apartment felt like it was new and spotlessly clean. But more than that, the welcome and service throughout our stay made you feel like valued guests with the apartment being cleaned every other day and water & provisions being topped up. We fell in love with Kythnos and wish to return again in the future, and we will definitely want to stay at Falakis Apartments again. Thank you so much Anna and Angelos for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful decor, perfect distance from the Xora (main village). Ten minutes walk but very quiet for sleeping. Wonderful and thoughtful hosts. Very clean. Some essentials and treats there for self catering.

The location was great and the host was extremely supportive and helpful 🙂 The apartment is very well decorated, comfortable and has all the supplies as well such as a variety of coffee, marmalade, biscuits, butter, etc
