Smaller room if you're sharing, excellent location very close to the CBD and equally a short driving distance to the lake or if heading out of Kisumu. Accomodates extremely late check in. Ample parking.

Lovely and quiet place. As stated above, this property meet expectations for the romantic place to stay. Location is great to, not far from town center, Impala national reserve, close to Lake Victoria to enjoy fresh water fish at the lake shore. Close to the local swimming pool.

Bed and pillows were super comfortable and TV was of good quality. The area is quiet so you can actually get a good nights rest.

The cleanliness of the rooms, helpful staff and also friendly staff. Having a kettle in the room with coffee, sugar and tea bags is great. Access to Internet through Wifi is unlimited.

I stayed here for three days. The location is excellent,, not far from Kisumu town but also very serene and quiet. The staff are very friendly and supportive.. The meals are very well prepared and the staff are ready to accommodate your request even with short notice. I also like the fact they are using green energy with solars for lighting and heating water. They also have fast internet. All these at a very affordable price, I highly reccomend this place.

the warmth of the reception staff, they were on hand to attend to any request and strived to make the stay very comfortable. the location is top notch, the room I stayed in had AC, so heat was not a problem. sealing against mosquitos was good and a mosquito net is provided.

It's very secluded and protected, away from the main street but close to the town. There was a really nice little garden outside that made it feel exactly like an oasis in Kisumu. The staff were lovely and very accommodating with an early check in and last minute changes.
