Resort Overview

Offering a heated outdoor pool and located just 10 minute' drive from Walt Disney World, and also a Surfari Waterpark that has a lazy river, slides, kids splash area and family friendly park activities. The resort has an on-site bar where guests can enjoy a drink.

Good location, pretty easy drive to the parks. Rooms a little basic but spacious, good showers and comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff.

We reserved 2 Three bed/two bath Superior Units for our family of 12. Spacious. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Requests were immediately attended to. (i.e. towels, bedding etc.) Water park good. Full kitchen. Both units were clean. In suite washer and dryer helpful. Was quiet. Underground parking.

The hotel was great. The staff were very polite and friendly, and the location was awesome, with an amazing view of the local forest area. The kitchen in the room was awesome - easily livable for a long stay. The lounge was spacious and very modern We were unable to use the waterpark because of the weather but it did look very entertaining.

The resort was huge and had good pools and a full water park. Kids enjoyed the water park. Apartment was a good size. Bed was good size.

The water park is nice. Water is nice and warm, kids had fun. I didn’t know our room is not in the main building area, so had to drive or walk to the water park.

On arrival, Very welcoming entrance, clean and looked like the images and exceeded our expectations. Pool and slides were great, Staff friendly and the area is safe. Food at the Grove is very good. The 2nd apartment we got was well equipped, clean, modern, and what we expected when we booked. Thanks Miguel otherwise we were checking out. Very happy with the 2nd apartment

Really liked this resort, loved the self contained aspect with everything we needed to hand. The room was so big and feel like we had enough space to all have our own space. The valet staff were really friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough for you. The shuttles to the park were extremely useful and saved us a lot in ubers. Would definitely return here again.

Lovely big rooms. Water park was nice. Staff were pleasant and cheerful. The slides were fun for the kids. We overlooked the water park which was nice. We got balloons delivered for my son's birthday which was nice.
