They were very welcoming and provided information about the property such as directions to your apartment, activities, shuttle times, etc. The reception was also manned 24/7 as we had to check out really early and there was always someone there to attend to you. Whenever I called with issues to be resolved, they were resolved promptly and I always got a call to ensure I was satisfied.

It had everything we needed. A home away from home. Lots for the kids to do plus organized daily activities for kids and adults.

Perfect resort with a very nice pool! Apartments are clean, plenty of space and well equipped. Staff very friendly. They helped us wonderful with getting tickets for Disney world.

The pool is wonderful. We were there almost everyday. The rooms are big and with everything needed. Enough parking space. Employees are always ready to help. Small shop has food and drinks for sale all the time. All kinds of restaurants are near. We start by 3 days. Later we found it is so comfortable, so we prolonged our stay to one week.

Evwrything, amazing lady in reception, good pool and waterpark, nica villas to stay, a lot of additional activities for free, free shuttle to theme parks, theme parks and shopping malls very close, perfect location

Close to everything you need outside of the property pool is clean rooms are clean the whole property was clean in general is a must stay If you got kids they will love it
