The location couldn’t be bettered as everything was literally round the corner and easy to find. Also parking outside was a definite bonus. There was the guide book with map and plenty of suggestions for places to eat/takeaways so that was much appreciated. .

The location was perfect for moving ariund the island. We loved the warm bathroom :) The apartment had everything that we needed and wpuld definitely come back again. Thank you.

This property was perfect. We had planned a lot of sightseeing and the bus travel centre was 2min away, we travelled every were on local buses. The location was central to all our needs.

The apartment is within easy walking distance of everything you need in Kirkwall, from the supermarkets to the Earl's Palace to the restaurants and the ferry to the northern isles. The kitchen is very well equipped and it's a good hob, and tea, coffee, and milk is provided. Communication with David was excellent beforehand, too.
