A great comfortable little guest house with a very friendly host. We arrived on the late ferry but were dropped off at the end of the road by the shuttle bus and were able to check in around midnight without disturbing anyone! The room was immaculate, comfortable and spotless with a very spacious bathroom. Kirkwall town centre is a pleasant 10 min walk away and, if you're travelling without a car, there is a bus stop at the end of the road for onward travel to other parts of the island. We didn't have chance to sample the breakfast but would definitely recommend a stay here.

Our host was welcoming and communicative before and during our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean with everything needed for our stay. Breakfast was very good with both buffet and cooked. The guesthouse is well located for exploring the Orkneys.
