Lovely welcome from Sandra, very clean warm and cosy. I would highly recommend anyone who has to book accommodation for 1 night or more whilst in Kirkwall to come and stay here. Looking forward to my next visit, Thankyou Sandra.

The property was clean and welcoming the facility had a comfortable guest lounge open to all food is fresh and cooked perfectly. The host is so kind and helpful giving genuine advice of places to visit and experience

Our room was immaculate, parking was very convenient, tea and snacks the best, breakfast for the first time we could select the night before off a menu and was delicious!
