Theresa made a great breakfast, and packed us a breakfast to go the morning we left, which was very much appreciated. The walk in shower has so lovely. Theresa waited for us to arrived, which was around 11pm, as we can in on the ferry. There were hairy cows in the paddock next to the property. Parking was available next to the BnB. There is a lovely view of Kirkwall and the sea from the breakfast room.

Great B&B just outside Kirkwall. Theresa went above and beyond to provide us with all the comforts (she even let us meet the cute Highland coos in the neighbouring field!). The room was quite big and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. If you're staying in this area, we highly recommend this B&B.

Great location, great parking and directly opposite to some highland cows which we were allowed to feed 😊 breakfast was delicious and amazing. The entire property was immaculate. Comfortable and cosy, property and rooms decorated to a high standard.

The host was really welcoming, friendly and helpful. The B&B was spotlessly clean, and beautifully presented. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. Good selection for tea/coffee in room. Extras like a hairdryer and an iron were also provided The food was delicious and of exceptional quality. We’d definitely recommend staying here and when visiting Orkney again we’d definitely want to stay here again.

Very well appointed rooms, with quality local decorations. Host was extremely friendly. We were lucky to have a herd of Highland cows in the field next door, which were very tame. Breakfast was very good.

Teresa was an excellent host and very accommodating. I was on the late very from Shetland and she stayed up in order to allow me to arrive after 11pm.
