Dont expect luxury at this price. However it;s a good deal considering cost of hotels in this town. It was close to the places and people and needed to see and meet. 10 mins walk to down town. Unit was clean and not smelly, water is really hot for showers and wash ups. Liked the Roku TV setup, coffee maker was pretty slick.
