New, stylish, good location near historical city center

The facility is very well approachable. If you are by car, you can park it in the parking space of the opposite small shopping center for 3.50 EUR/day. There are enough parking slots so you should not be worried. As to the facility itself, it is clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the kitchenette is equipped with basic cooking tools. The room was equipped with relatively new and modern-style, comfortable furniture. The bathroom is spacious, comfortable, and contemporary design. My room was on the ground floor, so I had access to the little terrace with a garden next to the building, with lots of plants around. A nice view from the room to the green. The facility is located in a residential area of the town Kircheim unter Teck, so you might hear children playing around. However, it is not disturbing.

Convenient location within the centre of town, and right next to the supermarket which is perfect for long business stays while using the included kitchenette.
