the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was lovely and the room was comfortable and clean. We could see the water from our table at breakfast which was a lovely touch.

Peter and his team couldn’t be more accommodating if they tired! A lovely hotel run by lovely people! Great location over looking the harbour, we managed to get lucky room No7 which was huge and surrounded by double glazed sash windows which really kept the noise out!! Breakfast is a must too, go for the full Irish you won’t be disappointed!!

This was the best property we stayed in whilst in Ireland. It was beautifully presented, an impeccable location and the hosts Peter and his wife were exceptional hosts. I could not find one fault with it. I could not recommend it highly enough.

Convenient central location in Kinsale. Very pleasant efficient helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. It wasn't a problem for us, but prospective visitors should note that there is no lift. The kind owner helped us with our luggage so was fine for us.

Amazing location in the centre of Kinsale. Beautiful, well maintained old building. The staff member who served us breakfast ( sorry, I'm not sure of her name ,Yolanda?) was really bubbly, helpful, and super friendly. The chef also came out to make sure everyone was OK. I was very impressed by their customer service 🙂
