The fine print
Due to the historic nature of this building there is no lift available. Bedrooms are located on the first and second floors, up approx. 20 - 40 stairs. So not suitable for guests with mobility problems. Staff will be available to help with bags if required.

We visit Kinross to visit our son and have stayed at the Kirkland's before. Very friendly owners and staff. Fantastic breakfast. Rooms are comfortable and attractive.
