Perfect for a beach holiday in Syrus. Although the apartment is at the road to Kini, it is very quite and only 5 Minuten to Kini beach. Everything is new and super clean. Loukia, John's Mum is lovely. Everyday she had a little detail for us: flowers, eggs, orange juice. The view from the balcony is incredible and you also have a second outdoor space at the front: depending on the sun/heat you can choose your place to chill. The kitchen is tiny and equppiped for basic meals: pasta, salads. Most of the time we ate out. We stayed 10 nights and got to explore wonderful Syrus. At Loukias we felt like home.

John and his mother were beyond welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We were even given fresh strawberries from their garden and selfmade aperitifs. We arrived earlier than planned, but this was no problem. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed (stove, fridge and kitchen utensils). It was quiet and the view from the balcony is amazing, especially the sunset. The beach is only a short walk away and the coastal street is covered with restaurants and bars. There is also a car rental 200 m from the Suite, as well as a small supermarket. We enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend.
