Nice people,, breakfast schedule 7am till 8:30am to early. Bed too tight to the wall, very awkward on one side. A sliding door on the en-suite would probably resolve the problem.

When I visit Surbiton for which I do 3/4 times per year I always book the Warwick. The owners are lovely, I request a certain room because I like it, the location is brilliant for my needs. As and when I have a breakfast it is always good, freshly cooked. The Warwick is clean with the bonus of parking right outside.....

great location close to bus routes into Kingston and Surbiton train station. was greeted by very friendly owner who made us feel welcome and made a point of calling each day to see if we needed anything.

I loved it, had parking off road, nice clean room, and very friendly staff. I'll definitely use it again. Nicely situated in between Ewell and Kingston. Excellent for my weekend with friends.

We received a nice welcome from the owner. Our room was small, but comfortable with en-suite facilities. Breakfast was good and although there was no fruit salad, fresh fruit was provided and a very good range of cereals. The full English was cooked to order.
