The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We came to London for a bereavement and staff were understanding and supportive. We included breakfast with our booking and the food was amazing. Good variety and friendly, helpful staff. We made use of the heated pool that was well kept and clean. The room was conformable and well presented. The venue looks beautiful, we visited near Christmas and the venue was very festive but tastefully decorated. The grounds looked lovely but as it was winter we didn't get to explore it.

Room was clean and tidy with an old money vibe. The property has a nice clean pool and a well kept English walled garden. Lovely hotel in a great outer London location where you can feel the history and vibe of the property has been respected in how it is presented. Close to Richmond park which is a beautiful spot for a nature walk. To get to central london there is a bus stop near the property. The bus connections to the hotel from central London underground are OK. Ubers can be used to bridge any gaps if there are public transport issues.

Lovely old Manor House in mature grounds. Felt like I was in the countryside. Beautiful lit with fairy lights all around the gardens for Christmas. Our room was in the annex which was basically another row of cottages. These were also lovely

The property is lovely and the car park is gated. Working away and knowing your property is safe is a must. The hotel is lovely looking and even nicer once inside. The Christmas decoration was fantastic

We had a lovely Christmas here. Hotel is charming with great service from all the staff, very welcoming, polite and attentive. Breakfast was delicious - vegan sausages available and cooked to order, and plenty of soja milk lattes. Many thanks to all the staff who made our stay so special. And to Robert who was very attentive and polite serving our breakfast and making our lovely lattes! Would highly recommend and will definitely book again.
