Quite big room, comfortable bed, very nice food in the restaurant, excellent location for accessing the town centre

Excellent location main train station in to Waterloo which we used. Staff were very friendly and helpful . Food was very good evening meal and breakfast was excellent. Parking was okay used seven kings car park a bit expensive but that’s London for you. 2 day stay would definitely stay again. 👍

Great view on higher floor, lovely bed and small balcony. Brilliant location in centre of town and only 5 minutes or so from station.

Everything was as good as the previous times we have stayed but to rate as perfection can cause complacency by removing the goal of improvement. We entertained guests in restaurant on Saturday night and got very good feedback!!
