I think the location because it is in walking distance from the train station which makes it really accessible. Then the room was good, they have been improved with new carpets, what I liked most is to have a refreshment available in the room.

Staff were friendly and helpful so cant fault them, hotel is pretty much what I would consider to be an absolute budget hotel. Was booked by work so not a personal choice. Great city centre location

Location could not have been better . About 5 minutes walk from the station , and for shops bars and restaurants. We were there for a funeral and when I asked for a number for a local taxi the receptionist called and booked one for us. Very friendly

Ground floor room was great as I am not very mobile currently. Paid for breakfast, it was fine. Sausages and bacon not to my liking but I found enough to fill me up.

Location was great, close to Railway Station, Shops, Bars and Restaurants, theatre's and Arena. Good to have cafe/bar onsite 12pm check out was great
