From first going through the door to departure, every member of staff was friendly,helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We both struggle with mobility, but on asking for our luggage to be taken to the room Kai was very helpful and on leaving Lauren brought our luggage down and even put it in the car. I’m sorry I didn’t get the name of the lady on reception but she too helped us. A good evening meal and an excellent breakfast choice, met with polite and smiley faces.

The room was slightly on the small side but still met all our requirements, the breakfast was great and no issues having it delivered to our room. The location is great, we paid a little extra to look over the Marina which is well worth it and the hotel is situated in the nicest area of the city close to lovely bars and restaurants. The hotel bar is open 24 hours which was a surprise but welcome! Special mention to Lucas and the bar team and Vicky and the reception team for outstanding service.

The location is great for the marina views and also a short walk in to the town The hotel it’s self is fresh and incredible clean The food in the on site restaurant is exceptional However the staff are all excellent caring kind and extremely professional they made a very difficult time easier can’t thank all the staff enough
