Friendly welcome with excellent and clear instructions. I asked about meals and locations and was given clear directions on where to go for best choices. Ideal location for Hull Old Town which has excellent choice of pubs. And St Stephen's shopping centre is next door.

we love the central location the easy booking process. check in is always easy and quick . the rooms are clean the price is good and the breakfast is brilliant especially with fussy eaters .

Upon arrival i asked if we could get a room at the back of the hotel that was quiet as my elderly father is unwell and he needed a good night's sleep. Our request was no trouble at all. We weds put on the 7th floor at the back of the hotel. All the staff were so helpful.
