Basic, but for the price it was excellent value for money. Considering I was busy all day and evening it was very conveniently located to have nearby. Bed was comfortable, wifi very good and clean.

Large grounds to walk around, very spacious hotel and communal areas, very clean and all facilities provided and neatly labelled and categorised et cetera. Hotel instructions were very clear and considerate. Safe and secure with security at night and number coded entry in exit systems. Clean rooms and working facilities, little extras like men provided and sitting tables, et cetera. Adequate parking around the ground would highly highly recommend great value for money Really beautiful and relaxing conservatory eating and sitting areas around dining and cooking spaces with great views to the nature of the grounds lots of light and open windows
