The hotel was lovely. Everything i needed was there. My olny complaint was some of the staffs attitude. It was unfriendly and unapproachable at times. I wanted to buy a coffee at 5.30pm the lady said I need to take it away as they close at 6pm I had to remind her I still had 25 minutes to sit down. The male bar staff said on his day he could take me out. I was a solo female traveller and found this inappropriate and unprofessional.

Christina at the front desk is amazing and very friendly. She was incredibly helpful. Fiona at the restaurant was very friendly and attentive; she gave great recommendations. Room was clean. Very well decorated and good size. Property is easy to move through. Team is very courteous and responsive to requests.

The local breakfast was exceptional. They also provided a good selection of continental breakfast items. The free to go cups for tea/coffee was a very thoughtful gesture. The hotel was safe and clean, the room service was prompt and the staff were helpful and friendly. They had a security guard on site and gated entry at night. The hotel was also aesthetically pleasing.

The staff were efficient, competent, helpful and very friendly. The suite was clean, spacious, and well appointed with plenty of comfortable seating. Having two bathrooms with toilets was unusual but very useful. Advice on cost effective excursions was much appreciated. The restaurant was quiet, the service good and the food delicious.

The staff were AMAZING!!! Extra props to Moya & Phillip & Akeem, who provided so many tips & recommendations. They had the best attitude & provide a very effective, efficient, yet warm & personalized service. I was pleased by everything! I will recommend this hotel to everyone & I will stay there again, if I am ever in Kingston.
