They had my reservation on the wrong day and with the wrong price. I took a while but at the end they managed to change it to correct date/price. Rooms are nice/functional and clean. Lot's of restaurants in walking distance.

Close to Bob Marley Museum and restaurants/coffees. Free parking and huge room. Safe and quiet hotel for mid of city.

I had a comfortable stay and the location was ideal. However, could not find a good channel on the television. I do plan on returning, hope i find some good channel next time.

I was looking for somewhere reasonably priced and SAFE, Shirley Retreat did exactly that. The location was perfect for me and the receptionist was super welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice, clean, safe. Lovely staff working here. Parking is secured by a gate and there is always someone there. Clean spacious double room with big comfy bed, air conditioning working very well, hot water, wifi, tv. We stayed for one night and it was exactly what we needed. We didn’t get the breakfast but it is available for 10USD per person.
