Friendly and helpful staff upon arrival (provided map and dining suggestions), the room was large, clean and quiet with essentials provided. Pretty view of gazebo lights at night in the snow.

The location was in west-end Kingston, near my Saturday meeting place. The staff were knowledgeable about nearby amenities. The room was clean.

Very spacious room with everything you need for a couple of nights stay. Comfortable beds, small kitchenette that came quite handy.

I liked everything about this establishment. The staff was great until it came to the maids chamber, that is. We stayed the first night and then decided to stay a second night.At that, I stayed outside with my service dog and played. I really don't do that enough. Great time a ton of room.

We loved the grounds with the swimming pool and various seating areas. Plenty of grocery stores and eating places within walking distance and a bus stop close by

Jacuzzi was a bonus. Bed and pillows so comfortable I fell asleep as soon as I got horizontal. It took me a hot minute to find the AC and by the time I did it was time to leave. :)

Only stayed for one night, so we did not use the pool. Felt like being in the country instead of the suburbs. After rush hour, the area was quiet. Convenient to different stores or access to the 401. The kitchenette with dinner plates and flatware was useful so we did not have to go out to restaurants but stayed in and made our own meals.

The Inn located at very good location for the ones who don't drive like us. There were so many buses going to downtown from there. Grocery stores were 5 mins walking away. I really liked the big garden, it's still nice and calm even though the Inn is situated right next to a very busy road. Swimming pool is a plus, my girl loved it so much.
