I loved our stay at the apartment! The host provided us with detailed instructions before we arrived, and responded promptly when we did arrive. She met us at the apartment and showed us how to access everything (car park, apartment, bin, swimming pool), and her tips were all very helpful. The apartment was large and provided sufficient space for everything. I loved that it had two bathrooms, so after swim two people can shower at the same time without needing to wait for their turns. We relied on the washing machine and drying machine (all in good condition) every day. I also liked the large working/office table so we can spread out our map and notes there, not right on the dining table. The bookshelf has many children's books on it, so my daughter was kept occupied. The apartment was extremely close to the pool (it is right outside the building, decent sized, clean and well maintained), and we spent several afternoons there enjoying ourselves. The neighbourhood is quite and lovely, and there are many restaurants within easy walking distance. There's even a Canberra bus shelter right outside on the street (we ended up buying a bus shelter fridge magnet at the visitor centre to take home). We travelled by car, but I know we can also take the bus to lots of places of interests too. The host also provided detailed instructions regarding checkout close to our checkout date.

The Kingston apartment was perfect for our needs. Fantastic position just a few minutes' walk to Kingston and Manuka, two lovely shopping and dining areas of Canberra's inner south. Surprisingly spacious for a two bedroom apartment with ensuite and a large main bathroom complete with a full laundry. A very good kitchen with lots of little extras, and a pleasant little balcony off the loungeroom. The host was easy to contact and very helpful. Under cover car parking was a bonus.

The apartment is perfectly located within a few minutes walk to the village-like suburbs of Kingston and Manuka. Lots of good quality restaurants and cafes nearby, plus supermarkets, shops and services. The apartment is spacious and has the added luxury of two bathrooms. Streaming services on TV, full kitchen and laundry. A nice little balcony to sit in the sun, and a quiet location. The host is so pleasant and easy to contact.
